The homeowner’s of this project had a pretty good idea of what they wanted their outdoor space to look like while they were building their new home.  Because of this they had their builder incorporate a few items that would tie into the future porch.  This included footings, pre wiring speakers and electrical.  PHI Decks then designed a porch to fit within their budget and scope as well as took advantage of the planning they had already done.  The end result is a large 3-season porch with stacking vinyl windows/screen, low maintenance decking and trim along with aluminum railings and steel siding to match the rest of the home.  The inside of the porch is skinned out with painted paneling, several recessed lights and a ceiling fan.
