The Freesia Porch Remodel in St. Paul blends timeless curb appeal with modern craftsmanship. Using the existing porch framing, PHI Decks installed new stairs to grade and TimberTech decking to match the adjacent deck. All decking was fastened with hidden fasteners and color-matched screws for a clean, seamless look. A custom hideaway railing, designed to complement the deck railing, adds both privacy and architectural interest, while skirting around the porch perimeter was finished with TimberTech Terrain decking and treated lumber framing for durability.

The porch was further elevated with LP SmartTrim  and brightened by refreshing the ceiling paint. With thoughtful materials and meticulous attention to detail, this remodel enhances both the functionality and aesthetic of the home’s front entry.
