TimberTech decking paired with a PVC perimeter detail delivers a clean, finished look while offering durability built for Minnesota’s seasons. Beneath the surface, a Trex RainEscapes system channels water away from the structure, creating a protected area below and maximizing the usability of the space in all conditions.

Architectural details bring a sense of cohesion and polish to the overall build. Westbury aluminum railings in a textured black finish are complemented by a PVC drink rail, adding both function and a refined visual edge. Wrapped structural posts using LP SmartSide trim tie the deck seamlessly back to the home, elevating the entire structure with a finished, intentional appearance.
