This Hastings porch and landscape were in need of some serious spatial improvements.  Mickman Brothers Landscaping did a great job putting in new edging, rock, sod, Chilton stone, custom fountain and limestone bar.  Graley Concrete put a beautiful stamped stained patio area for the grills to sit on.  The PHI crew demolished the old porch and extended it out 8’ with a new deck sitting area off the front.

The porch was built to blend in with the existing house on the exterior, with some nice trim accents. The interior was finished in full cedar tongue and groove on both the walls and the ceiling.  The flooring received Timbertech Terrain low maintenance decking.  To keep things comfortable we put in lighting and fan as well as large double-hung Vector vinyl windows to keep the outdoors at bay on those cold days.  Around the perimeter, we finished the deck off with our standard Westbury aluminum rails in Bronze and vinyl lattice to keep debris from blowing under the deck.  

What a great transformation with a lot of nice details and comforts designed into a great outdoor living area!
