Project Description
The Ume Deck project featured a full rebuild of the main deck, providing a fresh and functional outdoor space. A secondary balcony deck was also added, utilizing the existing structural beam for support.
Premium, low-maintenance materials were selected for both durability and aesthetic appeal. The decking is from the TimberTech Landmark Collection in Castle Gate, paired with a sleek Westbury Skyline Series railing. Trim details were finished with LP SmartTrim, painted to match the home’s exterior.
Integrated lighting enhances both safety and ambiance, including InLite Fusion 22mm warm LED stair riser lights and Magena Star post-mounted LED fixtures. An outdoor countertop was also added to increase functionality and entertaining space.
