The Zod Porch is a 27′ x 14′ deck with a spiral staircase leading to a porch underneath. The homeowners chose TimberTech’s composite decking Legacy Collection in Mocha and Tigerwood. The railings are Westbury Skyline Series in Textured Bronze and Horizontal Cable. The porch features a knee-high Versetta Stone wall and DuraScreen motorized retractable screens making the space bug-free. The homeowners love to entertain in their new outdoor space.
