This family had recently built their new house and wanted to add some outdoor living space to the backyard.  The homeowners had some great plan ideas in mind, especially the potential for a second phase incorporating some space for their young children to play.  An important theme for them was to have separate spaces on the deck, allowing the children to play and the adults to keep an eye on them.

They also wanted a space for outdoor meals as a family, but also expanded space for entertaining.
