The Benny Porch is a 16′ x 19′ three-season porch and deck. The homeowners chose TimberTech’s Azek Harvest Collection in Slate Gray for their low-maintenance decking. The railings are Westbury Tuscany Series in Textured Black. This porch features a custom cable rail around the exterior porch. Inside, the porch has a modern feel with luxury vinyl plank flooring and a stone fireplace. The SunSpace vinyl windows stack allowing for maximum airflow on warm summer days. This modern porch creates an elegant and comfortable space to entertain friends.
