The Oakview Deck was designed to create two distinct outdoor living spaces from a single elevated structure. The upper deck features TimberTech Terrain+ composite decking in Weathered Oak with a contrasting Dark Oak picture frame and stair treads. Crisp white Kadenz aluminum railing keeps the design bright and open, while wide stairs provide a natural connection to the backyard.

Below the deck, a waterproof underdeck system creates a protected outdoor living area complete with a finished white ceiling, recessed lighting, ceiling fan, infrared heaters, and Suncoast retractable power screens. A custom TV wall and board-and-batten detailing give the lower level the finished feel of an outdoor room while allowing the screens to open when the weather is right.

A stamped concrete patio with an Ashlar Slate texture extends the living space beyond the covered area and ties the upper deck and lower porch together. From open-air dining above to comfortable, screened-in living below, The Oakview Deck makes full use of the backyard on both levels.
